While We're Waiting
BlogTO has posted a podcast featuring Toronto critics Matthew Brown and Matthew Price. They spend most of the first nine minutes railing against TIFF for their decision to cut pass holders out of screenings at the Elgin. In other words, they'd fit in just fine here at 1st Thursday. They're veterans of the fest, devoted cinephiles, and a lot of fun to listen to.

Okay, I listened through the first half hour, and their schtick became less and less appealing as each minute passed. Consider it now a qualified recommendation.
